Therefore, if the observation conditions permit, the deflection value can be directly measured by deflectometer, displacement sensor and other equipment.
2. Tilt detection
The load-bearing of steel structure building in the process of use is that the main body of the building inclines to different degrees. For the detection of the inclination of the rigid frame main body, it mainly detects the inclination and inclination rate of the top observation point of the steel structure building relative to the bottom observation point, and the inclination and inclination rate of the upper observation point relative to the lower observation point.
3. Horizontal displacement detection
Whether the main body of steel structure building is displaced or not can be detected by laser collimation method, which is simple and clear, or by side angle method. Different detection methods can be made according to the actual situation. If the detection area is large or far from the stable area, the comprehensive measurement method combining multiple detection methods should be adopted.
4. Dynamic deformation detection
For the dynamic deformation of steel structure building under the action of load, it is necessary to determine the instantaneous deformation of steel structure building in a certain period of time. The measurement method of dynamic deformation can be selected according to the main deformation type, deformation rate and deformation period of steel structure.
5. Connection detection
The connection detection of steel structure is mainly welding seam detection and bolt detection, and corresponding remedial measures can be taken according to the detection results.
6. Crack detection
Eddy current, magnetic powder, penetration and other nondestructive testing techniques can be used to detect the crack defects of steel structure components.
