Steel structure is mainly composed of steel materials, which is one of the main types of building structures. The structure is mainly composed of steel beams, steel columns, steel trusses and other components made of profiled steel and steel plates. Welds, bolts or rivets are usually used to connect the components or components. Because of its light weight and simple construction, it is widely used in large-scale factory buildings, venues, super high-rise and other fields.

Steel is characterized by high strength, light weight, good overall rigidity and strong deformation ability, so it is particularly suitable for building large-span, super-high and super-heavy buildings; good homogeneity and isotropy of materials, which belongs to ideal elastomer, and most in line with the basic assumptions of general engineering mechanics; good plasticity and toughness of materials, which can cause large deformation. It can withstand dynamic loads well, the construction period is short, the industrialization degree is high, and the specialized production with high mechanization degree can be carried out. High strength steel should be studied in steel structure to improve its yield point strength greatly. In addition, new types of section steel, such as H-section steel (also known as wide flange section steel) and T-section steel, as well as profiled steel sheet, should be rolled to meet the needs of large-span structures and super high-rise buildings.

In addition, there is no heat bridge light steel structure system, the building itself is not energy-saving, this technology uses ingenious special connectors to solve the problem of building cold and hot bridges; small truss structure makes the cable and water pipeline from the wall through, construction and decoration are convenient.

When the steel structure is damaged, we should find the immediate solution to the problem. The main factors of the steel structure damage introduced by the steel structure network are as follows:

1) the structural bearing capacity is insufficient due to the change of load, overtime service, and the change of codes and regulations;

2) the structural members are distorted, distorted, disabled and depressed due to various accidents, resulting in the structure. Section weakening, member warping, connection cracking, etc.;

3) deformation, cracking and warping of components or connections under the action of temperature difference;

4) corrosion caused by chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion resulting in section weakening of steel structural members;

5) other mistakes in design, production, construction and irregular use in service period And operation, etc.

There are three main reinforcement measures for steel structure:

1) section reinforcement method: steel reinforcement in part or along the whole length of the member to make it work together;

2) changing the calculation sketch: adding additional support, adjusting load distribution, reducing internal force level, forcing displacement of the bearing of statically indeterminate structure, reducing stress. Peak value;

3) Prestressed cable method: using high-strength cables to reinforce weak links or improve the overall bearing capacity, stiffness and stability of the structure.
