1. The influence of high temperature on the structure of steel structure in high temperature working environment should be considered. The design condition of high temperature working environment is durable, and the high temperature action is variable load. The design should be based on the ultimate state of bearing capacity and the ultimate state of normal use.
2. When the temperature of steel structure exceeds 100 C, the influence of long-term high temperature on the connection performance of steel and steel structure should be considered when checking the bearing capacity and deformation of steel structure.
3. When the temperature of steel structure in high temperature environment exceeds 100 C, protective measures should be taken according to different conditions:
(1) Coating with heat-resistant coatings, using fire-resistant steel and adopting effective heat insulation and cooling measures;
(2) When the bearing capacity of steel structure under high temperature environment does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to increase the section of members, adopt refractory steel and take effective measures of heat insulation and cooling (such as adding heat insulation layer, thermal radiation shielding or water jacket).
(3) When the steel structure may be directly affected by the flame in a short time, effective thermal insulation and cooling measures (such as adding thermal insulation layer, thermal radiation shielding or water jacket, etc.) should be adopted.
(4) When steel structures are likely to be damaged by hot melting metals, they should be protected by thermal insulation made of blocks or heat-resistant solid materials.
(5) When the high strength bolt connection is exposed to radiation heat (ambient temperature) for a long time or flame for a short time, measures of heat insulation and cooling should be taken to protect it.
4. The thermal insulation protection measures of steel structures should be durable in the corresponding working environment and compatible with the anti-corrosion and fire protection measures of steel structures.
