The steel structure is constructed in the form of frame. Combined with the form of component, weight, location and actual situation of construction site, and the performance of lifting parameters of tower crane set up on site, the steel structure of this project is carried out by comprehensive installation method.
1. Steel structure hoisting adopts the principle of "first middle, then outside, first column, then beam, first down and then up". In the middle part of the workshop, a stable frame system is formed, and then the other steel columns and beams are symmetrically installed by propelling toward both ends.
2. Re-testing of anchor bolts-unloading of steel members-inspection of entry of components-direct lifting of truck cranes-temporary fastening of anchor bolts-temporary fastening of cable wind rope-temporary fastening of steel column axis position, verticality adjustment-tightening of steel column bolts and column foot pressure plate, welding-installation of next steel column-installation of steel column-installation of tie rods between steel columns-forming the first stability The first steel roof truss, the symmetrical installation column on both sides and the roof truss system, is formed by assembling the steel roof truss ground into a whole and lifting it in place by two machines, and so on until the installation is completed and the structure is checked and accepted.
3. Install the second row of steel columns.
4. Install the connecting beam (or tie rod) between the steel columns.
5. Installation of the first steel roof truss by double-machine lifting and installation of the second steel roof truss by double-machine lifting.
6. Install purlins between two roof trusses to form a stable frame system; continue to install steel columns, connecting beams, roof trusses and purlins of the next rigid frame.
7. Continue to install the roof truss in turn according to the above order, and the support between columns is inserted for installation; continue to install; complete the installation of the roof truss.
After the roof steel beams are hoisted in place, the relevant roof purlins should be connected before loosening the hooks to form a stable structure of the spatial frame. If the roof purlin cannot be installed before loosening the hook in the construction of steel structure, in order to prevent the roof steel beam from twisting, the cable wind rope should be drawn. Before hoisting, the cable wind rope is fixed on the steel beam of the roof truss. There are four cables, which are located at one third of the length of the steel beam, and at the foot of the nearby steel column.
