Steel structure processing belongs to "rough" processing, which means that only simple cutting, welding, bending, drilling and other processing means are applied to the blank to make it into a finished product. Its processing size, shape and other requirements are relatively low. Compared with machining, finishing is not a level concept. The processed parts generally include H-shaped steel column, steel beam, lattice column, box beam, steel structure formwork, other ordinary steel members, etc. General steel structure processing plants do "rough" work, and the processing accuracy of conventional equipment such as flame cutting machine, bending machine, plate shear, H-beam assembly, gantry welding, shot peening machine and spraying equipment is not high. To process oversized steel components, special processing equipment is required, such as large-diameter solenoid welding and annular automatic welding equipment. The core of steel structure processing is welding. The quality of component welding directly reflects the processing strength of the factory. One H-beam production line has the most welding workers, and the level of welding workers is the key.
