1. The possibility of steel structure construction operation (such as welding) shall be considered to facilitate fabrication and processing as much as possible. The weight of components shall be determined in combination with the equipment capacity of the manufacturer to facilitate handling and turnover.
2. When distributing transportation units, the maximum outline size and weight of components shall meet the requirements of transportation and lifting capacity.
3. The design shall consider the requirements of combined hoisting, provide the conditions for ground assembly and integral hoisting for construction, and meet the stiffness requirements for combined hoisting
4. The installation and connection design shall adopt the structural type of reliable force transmission, convenient production, simple insertion, easy fixation and easy adjustment.
5. Welding or high-strength bolts are generally used for field splicing or installation connection The rough bolt is only allowed to be used in the connection where the bolt is tensioned along the rod pulling direction or in the connection of secondary components. When electric welding is used for installation and connection, temporary bolts shall be considered to fix components. The number of temporary bolts at nodes of each component shall not be less than 2.
