The reinforcement of steel structure refers to the overall or partial reinforcement of steel based on the original building. The main measures for steel structure reinforcement include:
1. Reduce the load and change the design drawing of steel structure;
2. Increase the section and connection strength of the original structural members to prevent the adverse factors such as the crack propagation of the steel structure connection. Other reinforcement methods can also be used, if there is mature experience.
3. For the steel structure engineering to be reinforced, it is generally divided into local reinforcement and overall reinforcement according to the degree of damage.
(1) Part of the steel structure reinforcement refers to the reinforcement of members or connecting nodes with weak bearing capacity. The steel structure factory mainly adopts the methods of increasing the section of members, reducing the free length of members, and increasing connecting nodes.
(2) The overall reinforcement of steel structure workshop refers to the reinforcement of the overall structure without changing the structural static calculation diagram, and is divided into the reinforcement method of changing the structural static calculation diagram.
(3) Adding or strengthening the supporting system during steel structure processing is also an effective method to strengthen the structural system.
(4) The most time-consuming and labor-intensive method for steel structure engineering is to increase the section of the original component, and to change the schematic calculation method. This method is the most effective and diverse, which greatly reduces the cost.
