Water leakage of steel structure roof is serious because of installation construction, roof elastic deformation, roof sensation, etc. Steel structure roof waterproof project as a system to deal with the project, in this system planning, information, construction, management, protection and any link in the problem, will affect the quality of the whole project, forming the project leakage, and even the occurrence of damage to indoor equipment phenomenon, then how to do a good job of steel structure roof waterproof treatment?
(1) Butyl rubber sealing adhesive tape is selected for a few steel structure projects, with general effect. At low temperature, it simply loses cohesiveness, and the construction function of special parts is not safe, and water leakage simply occurs.
(2) For some steel structure projects, polyurethane waterproof coating or sealant strip (commonly known as mastic) or styrene butadiene rubber sealing adhesive tape are used for node waterproof. These materials have short service life and are easy to aging. The application period is about 1 year, which is easy to age and leak.
(3) Some steel structure projects use silica gel. After solidification, the adhesive strength of the data is low, the following property is poor, it is easy to age, the construction process is dangerous, the waterproof quality is unreliable, and it is easy to leak water.
(4) Other waterproof materials of steel structure roof include SBS coiled material, JS waterproof coating, PVC roof waterproof and heat preservation system, etc. these materials of steel structure processing can not be applied to the waterproof of metal roof for a long time, which is easy to aging and high repair rate.
