I. Assembly method

Real samples of components are placed on the assembly platform with a ratio of 1:1. Then, according to the position of the parts in the sample, they are assembled into components separately.

Scope of use

Small batch structure assembly such as truss and frame

II. Copying and Assembly Method

Assembly method

One-sided (single-sided) structure is assembled by sample method, and spot welding must be positioned. Then turning over as a replica mould, another one-sided structure is assembled on it, and two round-trip assemblies are made.

Scope of use

Truss Structures with Symmetrical Cross Sections

III. Erect clothing

Assembly method

According to the characteristics of components and the stable position of components, top-down or bottom-up assembly is selected.

Scope of use

Used for stationary, small height structure or large diameter cylinder

IV. Lying down

Assembly method

Assembly of Component Location

Scope of use

It is used for slender members with small section but large length.

V. Membrane Assembly Method

Assembly method

Assembling parts of a component by positioning them in their assembly position with a die

Scope of use

Products with large batches and high precision for manufacturing components

Remarks:

Pay attention to all kinds of processing allowance when arranging assembly lifting die
