Floor deck products are widely used in various skyscrapers, thermal power plants, airports, railway stations, stadiums, automobile exhibition halls, theatres, supermarkets, logistics centers, steel structure factory buildings, office floors. It generally uses 0.8mm-1.5mm thickness galvanized coil, which is formed by machine roll forming, also known as profiled steel or galvanized profiled steel. Implementation standard: GB/T 12755-2008 (old standard: GB/T 12755-91)
How to choose the type of floor deck?
With the development and progress of science and technology, more and more types of floor deck have not been developed, but do you know which type of floor deck is the most suitable for your steel structure building?
Generally, the choice of floor slab type is mainly about bearing capacity, moment of inertia and cross-section resistance, which require professional knowledge. How do we ordinary people choose? First, we choose the height of floor deck, that is, the number behind YX. For example, YX76-344-688 is the type of floor deck, in which the number 76 is the height of the floor deck model. Generally, the height of floor slab is chosen according to the thickness of floor cement. If the thickness of floor cement is close to - 50, it can be used as the height of floor slab model. For example, if your floor cement is 100MM, then choose 100-50=50MM for the height of your floor deck, you can choose 50 wave height of commonly used floor deck with good bearing capacity, such as YX51-305-915, which has high utilization rate and good bearing capacity. Of course, we prefer this model.
How to choose the thickness of floor deck?
The most commonly used thickness of floor deck (profiled steel plate) is 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, the thinnest can be 0.7mm, and the thickest can be 1.5mm. So in the construction, how to choose the thickness of floor deck? That is to say, what are the main determinants of floor deck thickness? The main factor determining the thickness of the floor deck is the distance between the steel beams under the floor deck. Generally, the spacing between steel beams is not more than 3 meters, and the span of main frame of many steel structures is 5 to 6 meters or even larger. At this time, secondary beams need to be added. Angle steel, channel steel, C-section steel or support under the floor deck can be used. That is to say, the condition that the spacing between beams is not more than 3 meters must be satisfied in any case. Like some small buildings, such as private residential areas, steel office buildings and so on, the spacing of steel beams is normally only 1 to 2 meters, or even less than 1 meter, when the floor deck of 0.8 mm can be used. Normal steel structure factory building, steel beam spacing is generally between 2 and 3 meters, 2 to 2.5 meters spacing can use 1.0 mm floor slab, more than 2.5 meters, use 1.2 mm floor slab, usually these thickness can basically meet the normal construction requirements of steel structure construction.
