The celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China will be held on 1 October 2019 to celebrate the founding of the People's Republic of China. General Secretary of theCommunist Party and Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping, who will be the guest ofhonor, will inspect troops along Chang'an Avenue in Beijing and give the holiday address to the nation andto Chinese expatriates abroad.
