6. Flux should be baked according to regulations before use to avoid moisture content exceeding 0.1%.
7. High strength bolts used under negative temperature condition must have product qualification certificate, and recheck torque coefficient and axial force under negative temperature condition.
8. Water coating shall not be used when steel structure is coated under negative temperature.
9. When the member is blanking, the shrinkage allowance should be reserved, and the welding shrinkage and compression deformation should be coordinated with the shrinkage deformation of steel under negative temperature.
10. When assembling components, the combination should be expanded from the inside to the outside according to the sequence stipulated by the process, and the test should be carried out in the negative temperature combination to determine the weld shrinkage value that needs to be retained.
