Steel structure is composed of steel materials, which is one of the main building structure types. The structure is mainly composed of steel beams, steel columns, steel trusses and other components made of profiled steel and steel plates. The welding seams, bolts or rivets are usually used to connect the components or parts. 1. Before the installation of steel structure, various records and reports such as the factory certificate of components, material test report, weld nondestructive inspection report, etc. shall be checked to see whether the appearance of the components meets the design requirements, and the problems found shall be corrected immediately.
2. Draw the steel structure installation flow chart, and install according to the flow chart. Before installation, the accuracy of all anchor bolts embedded should be checked. If it is found that the space position is out of the design drawing, it should be corrected in time to ensure the accuracy of anchor bolt position.
3. The installation sequence of components should be carefully designed to form a rigid body as soon as possible, so as to continue the installation and maintain a stable state, and to eliminate the error in the installation of steel structure.
4. Necessary checking calculation shall be conducted for component hoisting. Measures shall be taken to prevent distortion and damage of components with small lateral stiffness.
5. In the process of column or steel structure installation, the beam and support shall be installed in time, and the cable wind rope shall be added for temporary fixation if necessary.
6. During the installation of steel column, attention should be paid to the influence of temperature difference on the perpendicularity of components. The verticality of the first determined standard column shall be used to adjust the lateral amount, and other columns shall be rechecked.
7. During column installation, the positioning axis of each column must be directly led up from the control axis on the ground, and the top axis of the next column should not be used as the positioning axis of the upper column.
8. The welding environment, welding position and high-altitude operation of steel structure installation site, air temperature and humidity have adverse effects. Weld defects are easy to occur due to cables, so corresponding measures must be taken to overcome the influence of these adverse factors. The unqualified welds shall be reworked and repaired no more than twice.
9. The torque wrench used for high-strength bolts must be calibrated before use and calibrated after use. Once the calibration torque error is found to exceed the allowable range, the bolts screwed by the wrench are all unqualified.
High strength bolts shall be inspected after final tightening, and small hammer striking method can be used to knock nuts one by one. The torque should also be spot checked.
10. After the installation of steel structure is completed, the gap between the column bottom plate and the top surface of the foundation should be grouted again in time to make the bottom plate and the foundation surface contact tightly.
