1. The installation of wall purlin (wall beam) in a steel structure building must be from the top to pull down the vertical line to ensure that the wall purlin is in a plane, and then install the wall purlin and hole reinforcement purlin in turn.
2. The inspection of wall panel is the same as that of roof panel.
3. Set up the installation datum line, draw the exact position of the door and window opening, so as to facilitate the cutting of the wall panel. The installation datum line of the wall profiled steel plate is set on the vertical line 200 mm away from the external corner line of the gable wall, and according to this datum line, mark the effective coverage width line of the section of the corner block wall panel on the wall purlin.
4. The wall panel is connected with the wall purlin by self tapping screws. Cut the hole on the wall profiled plate by drawing the edge line according to the hole size, and then install it.
5. The inner and outer wall boards shall be laid against the prevailing wind direction. The overlapping parts between flashing boards, between corner boards and between flashing boards, corner boards and profiled steel plates must be provided with waterproof sealing materials according to the requirements. For the overlapping of flashing boards and ridge boards, flashing boards must be installed first, then ridge boards.
