① When laying the glass wool roll felt, the veneer should face the indoor side and be perpendicular to the purlin. A 20 cm more roll felt should be left at the eaves of one side of the roof, and it should be fixed on the outermost purlin with a special clamp or double-sided tape;
② When unwinding, ensure the alignment and tension, lay the glass wool roll felt on the other side of the eaves, and leave 20 cm more roll felt, and fix it on the outermost purlin with special clamp or double-sided tape;
③ The two rolls of cotton are connected by binding with stapler on the veneer flash;
④ Install the roof color steel plate, remove the fixtures at the eaves on both sides, and use the reserved 20cm veneer to close the edge of glass wool;
⑤ Attention should be paid to the tension and alignment of the glass wool roll felt, and the joints between rolls should be tight. When the longitudinal lap joint is needed, the lap joint should be arranged at the purlin;
⑥ According to the needs of the project, in order to avoid the cold bridge, some hard insulation materials, such as XPS, can be put on the purlin.
