The air cooler is installed on the top of the plant, and the water cooling principle is used to send the cold air indoors, and the water cooling principle is used to send the cold air indoors. It can maintain a comfortable temperature of 26-30 ℃ in the steel structure workshop. Its power consumption is only one eighth of that of air conditioners. The cost is 1/2 of the air conditioner, which is a better forced cooling method.
The thermal insulation in the steel structure workshop can isolate most of the sunlight radiation, conduct heat and reduce the formation of indoor greenhouse effect. The temperature of the workshop is greatly reduced, and the environment of the steel structure workshop is improved. Now there are two common methods:
The roof of the steel structure workshop is covered with thermal insulation cotton. Generally, the thermal insulation cotton used for the roof is glass wool, with a common thickness of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm, and a density of 10kg/m.
Generally speaking, the installation can reduce the indoor temperature by 5-8 ℃, and the construction process is complex. If the old plant is to be reconstructed for thermal insulation, the original roof shall be removed, the steel wire mesh shall be pulled, the steel wire mesh shall be paved with glass wool, the original roof panel shall be covered, and then the waterproof treatment shall be carried out.
The roof board is sprayed with high efficiency reflective heat insulation paint. This product has excellent thermal insulation performance, and can be coated with metal, concrete, ash wall, wood structural surface, asbestos tile, plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, rubber, etc. The coating thickness is 0.25mm, which is equivalent to 250px-375px glass wool, reflecting 99.5% infrared light, 92.5% visible light, high sound insulation effect of 68%, and average sound insulation effect of more than 50%. Completely incombustible fireproof grade A. It is non-toxic, safe, durable, and has been used for more than 15 years (see the Engineering Materials File for details). With this method, the construction is convenient, the original roof will not be damaged, and the aging of the roof will be prevented. The panel temperature can reach 20 ℃, the room temperature can reach 8-10 ℃, and the energy consumption of the steel structure workshop can be sharply reduced by 30-70%.
There are many kinds of ventilation and cooling methods used in the steel structure workshop, but only after reasonable analysis according to the actual situation can the equipment of which scheme be used be suitable for the steel structure workshop. But in general, the above three schemes are very suitable for ventilation and cooling of large and stuffy plants.
