General requirements for aerial work:

The person in charge of the construction of the unit project shall be responsible for the safety technology of the high-altitude operation of the project and establish the corresponding responsibility system. Before construction, safety technical education and submission should be carried out step by step, and all safety technical measures and personal protective articles should be implemented. Construction should not be carried out without implementation. Facilities and equipment in aerial work must be inspected before construction to ensure that they are in good condition before they can be put into use.

Climbing and suspension workers must pass professional technical training and professional examinations, be certified to work, and have regular physical examination. In the construction of safety technical facilities operating at high altitude, when defects and hidden dangers are found, they must be solved in time; when personal safety is endangered, operations must be stopped. If there are possible falling objects in the construction site, they should be removed or fixed first.

Reliable anti-skid, anti-cold and anti-freezing measures must be taken when working at high altitude in rainy days. Ice, frost and snow should be removed in time. For high-rise buildings operating at high altitudes, lightning protection facilities should be set up beforehand. In case of severe weather such as strong wind and fog above grade 6, no open-air climbing or aerial suspension operation shall be carried out.

After heavy snowstorms and typhoons and rainstorms, the safety facilities for high-altitude operations should be inspected one by one, and the problems should be found and repaired immediately. Before lifting steel structures, the safety protection facilities should be checked and checked one by one. Only after passing the checking and acceptance, can the high-altitude operation be carried out.

Climbing

Site climbing should be carried out by means of climbing facilities on building structures or scaffolding. Manned vertical transport equipment can also be used. Ladders or other climbing facilities can also be used in climbing operations.

The straight climbing ladder and other climbing parts for lifting columns, beams and components shall be specified in the construction drawings or instructions of components. The climbing tools must be firm and reliable in structure.

The bottom of the ladder foot should be padded solid, not padded high, and the upper part of the ladder should have fixed measures.

When installing and climbing steel structure parts and net structure parts, steel hanging ladder or climbing ladder on steel column should be used.

When mounting steel beams, stainless steel staining height should be considered, and hanging ladders or steel pipe scaffolding should be set at both ends.

When the steel roof truss is controlled by the upper and lower chords, the triangular roof truss should be at the roof ridge, and the trapezoidal roof truss should be at both ends, and the upper and lower ladders should be set up when climbing.

Suspended operation:

The hanging work place should have a firm foothold and must be equipped with protective fence, railings or other safety facilities according to the specific circumstances.

The rigging, scaffolding, hanging basket, suspension cage, platform and other equipment used in suspension operation need to be technically identified or verified before they can be used.

In the lifting of steel structures, members should be assembled on the ground as far as possible, and high-altitude safety facilities for temporary fixing, electric welding, high-strength bolt connection should be set up. The components should be lifted in place at the same time.

Safety measures during disassembly should also be considered and implemented. Before large components are hoisted at high altitude, the tower should also be equipped with the necessary safety facilities for suspension operation.

When prestressing, a solid and reliable scaffolding or control platform for standing manipulator and tensioning equipment should be set up.

The prestressing tension area should be marked with obvious safety signs and no non-manipulating staff should be allowed to enter. Employees in suspension must wear seat belts.

Cross-operation:

In the process of structural installation, each type of work should not be operated in the same vertical direction. The position of the lower layer must be outside the radius of the possible falling range determined by the height of the upper layer. If it does not meet the above conditions, the safety protective layer should be set. Because the upper layer may fall objects or be lifted during the construction. A double-layer protective corridor with a top to prevent penetration must be installed in the corridor within the swing range of the crane hanger.
