Regarding the painting quality of steel structure works, the following work should be done well:
l) The derusting quality of steel members shall be strictly accepted according to the grade required by the design;
(2) Check the factory quality certificate of raw materials for painting, and the approval certificate of the fire department for fire retardant coating; (3) Thoroughly remove dirt, oil stain and other sundries on the surface of components before painting;
(4) The coating construction shall be carried out in a dust-free and dry environment, and the temperature and humidity shall meet the specification requirements; (5) The number of brushing times and coating thickness shall meet the design requirements;
(6) The damaged part of the coating shall be carefully treated to ensure the coating quality; (7) Carefully check the coating adhesion;
(8) ) Carry out appearance inspection and acceptance strictly to ensure that the coating quality meets the requirements of specifications and standards.
