The construction speed of steel structure is about 1.5 times that of concrete structure.

In the structural space of steel structure, truss members or cavity members can be used, so that the layout of the pipeline is more convenient, and the replacement and repair of the pipeline is more convenient. But if the concrete structure is used, the beam should not be opened, and the pipeline generally passes under the beam, thus occupying part of the space. In this case, the floor height of steel structure is smaller than that of concrete structure when the floor height of steel structure is the same, which can reduce the area of peripheral parapet wall.
(4) less pollution beam in the construction environment of steel structure
Steel structure construction, rarely use sand, stone, soil, cement and other materials, fundamentally avoid dust flying, waste accumulation and noise pollution problems.
