4. Flatness of slab surface: due to the factory prefabrication, the flatness of steel skeleton slab surface is much higher than that of the composite floor slab made on site, so the leveling layer can no longer be used.

Good for earthquake resistance: considering the earthquake resistance of buildings, steel skeleton plates are used to reduce the deadweight of buildings, and rigid connection is used between plates, which has good integrity and is very conducive to improving the earthquake resistance capacity of buildings.
6. Structural safety: both methods are mature technologies. Although the deadweight of plates is different, their bearing capacity, service life and structural safety are similar, which can meet the requirements of industrial plant floor structure, and have strong resistance to extreme weather (such as typhoon).
