The characteristics of spiral ground piles:

Operating conditions:
1. Geological data, construction drawings, and construction organization design are complete.
2. Ground and underground obstacles within the construction site have been eliminated or disposed of. The site has been leveled, and weak areas that affect construction machinery operations have been properly treated and drainage measures have been taken.
3. Water, electricity, roads, and temporary construction facilities are ready.
4. The measurement baseline and benchmark have been set up on site, and protection measures have been taken.
When constructing in complex soil layers, test piles should be carried out in advance, and the number is generally not less than 2.
Production technology:
The raw material for producing spiral grounding piles is Q235 welded pipe. Generally, qualified ground piles can be produced through cutting, deformation, welding, pickling, and hot-dip galvanizing. Among them, pickling and hot-dip galvanizing are important anti-corrosion treatment processes that directly affect the service life of spiral ground piles. The processing level of spiral piles directly determines the service life of metal piles. For example, whether the selected welded pipe has sand holes, virtual welding, and the width of the weld seam will affect the future service life and subsequent processing quality of the pile. Pickling is an important basic anti-corrosion process, and the time of hot-dip galvanizing and the thickness of the surface galvanized layer can both affect the quality of anti-corrosion treatment for piles. Generally speaking, spiral piles can be used for 20-30 years. The environment and methods used also affect the service life of the pile, such as the pH of the soil, whether the operation process is appropriate, improper use can lead to damage to the surface of the metal pile, damage to the metal protective layer, accelerated corrosion of the metal pile, and reduced service life.

The construction process of spiral piles
1. Pre set pile position: Determine the depth and quantity of spiral piles, and mark the pile position.
2. Pile hole excavation: Use a propulsion machine and a drilling rig to excavate the pile position.
3. Spiral pile installation: Use the Luoyang spiral pile installation machine to gradually push the pile body into the pile hole to the required depth.
4. Quality inspection: Conduct random sampling and quality inspection inside the excavation holes.
5. Subsequent engineering: Fix and construct engineering materials directly related to spiral piles.
