Installation guide of a prefabricated home:

line-putting, and fix the ground channel
The base is made by reinforced concrete. Put lines according to the design on the plan, and fix the ground channels to the ground with expansion bolts.

fix the wall panels
Fix the steel panel into the ground channel, and rivet it to the ground channel. And then fix the top of the wall by channels, by the same way to the ground channel.

fix door& windows
Leave the hole for door& window while the wall panels are fixed. Rivet the aluminum channel around the hole for door& windows.

fix ceiling panels
The ceiling panels are panels for insulation on roof. It is high strength and insulative. To make the structure safe, the ceiling panels are fixed to the top channel on wall by hexagonal self-tapping screw. The round of the panels are covered by steel flashing, which makes the joint beautiful and good for drainage.

fix roof beams and purlins
To support the roof tile, there are triangle beams and purlins fixed under it, which makes the structure safe and good to drain. During this time you can fix the distribution line and all wires.
