The structural columns of factory buildings are welded H-shaped steel columns, and the roof truss beams are welded H-shaped steel variable cross-section beams. S-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel purlins are arranged on the roof truss beams. Steel column and foundation are anchored with foot bolts. The floor of steel column in workshop is 150 mm lower than that of indoor floor.

All the installation and connection of steel structures adopt bolt connection mode, among which high strength bolts are used for column-beam connection, beam connection and splicing. Others, such as purlin connection, wind column and roof truss beam connection, use ordinary bolts for corner connection. Horizontal support of roof truss beam is connected by round steel with flower basket bolts, and self-tapping bolts or self-drilling bolts are used to connect maintenance plate and support of maintenance plate.
