1. A safety foreman shall be set at the construction site of steel structure works to implement and manage the safety measures on site, and to manage the construction personnel, mechanical equipment and power consumption on site. It is required that the secret service operators participating in the construction must be trained and certified. Personnel entering the construction site must wear safety helmet and anti-skid shoes, electricians and electric welders shall wear insulating shoes, and safety belt must be fastened for high-altitude operation.
2. Before operation, the tools, tools and equipment used shall be inspected, and the safety devices shall be complete and effective.
3. The operation surface shall be equipped with reliable stand and body protection, and the operation shall be carried out after inspection. The component binding method is correct, anti-skid measures shall be taken at the lifting point, and the tools and materials used for high-altitude operation shall be placed in a safe place, and it is forbidden to place them casually.
4. When lifting the steel structure, the lifting or lowering shall be stable to avoid emergency braking or impact. The signal is clear, loud and clear, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited. The quality of components must be checked after installation, and the shackle can only be removed after they are safe and reliable. The work can only be finished when the safety part is reached every day.
5. The mechanical and electrical equipment on the construction site of the steel structure project shall be provided with reliable rainproof measures. Electrical operation must be carried out by professionals, and non professionals are strictly prohibited. The welding machine shall be used in strict safety operation procedures. The primary line shall not exceed 2m, and the secondary line shall not be exposed.
6. For the construction of steel structure project, the safe use of electricity shall be done well. The professional electrician shall be responsible for the removal of all electrical equipment and site lighting. The electric tools used must be installed with leakage protector.
7. During the construction of steel structure engineering, the key point is to control the high-altitude operation. During the work, it is strictly prohibited to drink or fight. The hand-held tools shall be tied with safety lanyard to avoid straight and vertical cross operation.
8. Steel structure construction should be done well in fire prevention, and all operations should be used correctly according to regulations.
9. When installing the steel structure roof, the safety net shall be arranged and the pull bar shall be set.
10. The steel structure construction shall adhere to the pre shift safety meeting system, and disclose the work arrangement and safety precautions of the day.
11. Carry out safety inspection regularly to prevent and control unsafe factors of accidents. Strengthen on-site security, pay attention to fire and theft prevention. Safety warning line shall be set within the lifting operation scope, and non operators are not allowed to enter.
12. All safety activity records and documents of steel structure construction shall be complete.
