In the steel structure workshop project, anchor bolt is used for the connection between steel members and concrete components, such as the connection between steel column base and concrete foundation, steel beam and concrete wall connection, etc. Anchor bolt can be divided into two types: stress and structural configuration. When stressed, only the pulling force is considered. The structural configuration mainly plays the role of installation and positioning. Anchor bolt is a kind of non-standard part, and its diameter and length depend on the engineering situation. When used for column base, double nuts are usually used for fastening to prevent loosening. The anchor bolt is generally made of unprocessed round steel, and the material should be Q235 steel or Q345 steel.


1. Temperature difference. The deviation caused by sunshine temperature difference is directly proportional to the slenderness ratio and temperature difference of the column. The temperature change in the four seasons of the year will make the steel structure produce large deformation, especially in summer. Under the sun's irradiation, the amount of expansion on the sunny side is large, so the steel column inclines to the side with its back to the sun. It is found that the influence of sunshine on the deviation of steel column is large in summer and small in winter. At 9-10 a.m. and 2-3 p.m., the effect was greater, and at night it was smaller. The calibration should be carried out at 6-8 a.m., 4-6 p.m. and at night.


2. Installation error. During the installation, the steel column may be inclined due to collision or the deviation of its own steel column size, as well as the operation error of the staff in the rectification process. These human factors can be avoided by strengthening the quality supervision of steel structure engineering.


3. Cable wind rope reason. It is forbidden to use hawser to change the vertical deflection value of the column by force.


4. Welding deformation. After welding, the weld shrinkage deformation has a great influence on the verticality of steel column. The thicker the engineering weld is, the greater the influence of cumulative error is. Therefore, before the construction, it is necessary to carry out special test to determine the welding deformation value, and track and monitor during the construction process, so as to find problems and adjust them at any time.
