It has obvious technical performance and has good heat preservation and energy saving technology, fire prevention and heat preservation technology, etc.
(1) One of the key problems in fire technology construction is the application of fire technology. The fire resistance rating of light steel structure residence is grade IV. The fire-proof gypsum board on both sides of the wall and floor of the light steel residence, an ordinary firewall, and the maintenance of the 25.4mm thick (1 inch) gypsum board on the family wall need one hour of fire. The grid filled glass fiber is placed on the wall column and floor, which also plays a positive role in fire prevention and heat transfer.
(2) The thermal insulation technology of light steel structure fills glass wool in the internal and external walls and floor joists to effectively prevent the air transmission of the rear audio part, and affects the subsequent structural treatment through the sound transmitted by solids: the second wall between the household wall and the second wall column structure; The small groove with elastic structure is adopted to effectively reduce the transmission of solid sound between floors.

In order to achieve the effect of thermal insulation, buildings with thermal insulation materials for external walls and roofs can be used and insulated for a long time. In Cangzhou steel structure workshop, in addition to filling the columns on the wall with glass fiber mesh cloth and pasting a layer of thermal insulation material on the outer wall, it also effectively separates the rear column wall and the thermal bridge wallboard; The door of the floor is filled with glass fiber to reduce the heat transfer of the floor, and the wall column is filled with glass fiber to reduce the heat transfer between families.
