Steel structure: foundation and bearing surface, installation and calibration requirements

1. The positioning axis, foundation axis, elevation and anchor bolt of the building meet the requirements (elevation ± 3mm, exposed length of anchor bolt light steel + 20mm, national standard + 30mm).


2. The steel components shall be corrected and repaired in case of deformation and coating falling off due to transportation, stacking and hoisting of steel members.

   

3. The center line and elevation datum point of steel column and other main components shall be complete.      


4. When the steel truss (beam) is installed on the concrete column, the deviation of the support center from the positioning axis shall not be greater than 10 mm; when the large-scale concrete roof slab is used, the deviation of the steel truss (or beam) spacing shall not be greater than 10 mm.     

5. The surface of the component shall be clean, and the main surface of the structure shall be free from scar, sediment and other dirt.      


6. Check that the steel platform, steel ladder and railing meet the national standards.      


7. Pay attention to check the drawings to prevent the C-type 2 purlin from being installed in the opposite direction.
