It is difficult to transport and install, especially when the decking floor is hoisted vertically from the arc area, and it is difficult to pass through the secondary beams from top to bottom, which disrupts the normal welding process of secondary beams. If the cutting length is controlled to be 3-6M, the problem that the secondary beams cannot be lifted during vertical transportation can be avoided. The decking floor is lifted with special soft sling.
Check whether the soft sling is torn or cut during each hoisting. When the decking floor is placed on the steel beam, the probe should be prevented. When laying, operators should wear safety belts and ensure that they are fixed on the surrounding safety ropes while laying. Penetration spot welding is adopted for welding. Before welding, the leftover materials should be prepared for arc striking test welding, and the welding current should be adjusted. Because there is no horizontal formwork and vertical support at the bottom of the decking floor, the cloth should not be too concentrated when pouring concrete, and the plate vibrator should be used for vibration in time. There are two aspects need to be paid attention to in the construction process.
If the size of the hole is larger than 500mm * 500mm in the process of hole reservation, the construction personnel should open the hole first, and the opposite side. If it is smaller than this size, the hole is opened later. More importantly, if the hole is opened first, if the span of the secondary beam is small, the impact should be small. In case the span exceeds the bearing range, it is a very dangerous thing. The decking floor is equivalent to hanging in the air without supporting capacity. If the concrete is not strong enough, it may collapse.
