Precautions for construction of steel structure cold storage

1. The design of steel structure cold storage should fully consider the problems in cold storage, such as the depth and height of cold storage, the placement of cold storage shelves and the position of cold storage column.

2. In the design of cold storage, according to different customers, the size of cold storage door opening is also different. Before construction, reasonable design should be carried out according to the way of storage.

3. For the height of the cold storage engineering building, ask the customer whether the shelves are placed in the cold storage. According to the actual needs, the height of the shelf is designed to design the construction height of the cold storage. The floor area of the cold storage and the coordination of the whole cold storage should be fully considered.

4. Generally, the overall height of cold storage should not be greater than 8 meters, because the high height of single-layer warehouse will increase the construction cost. When building the open-air cold storage, the bearing strength of the cold storage should be fully considered. If the height of the wall is greater than 5 meters, columns need to be added to carry out the transition.
