1. If there is a gutter, the tie rod can not be designed to be close to the top of the column, otherwise the downdraft pipe may not be installed.
2. The layout of flower basket bolts on horizontal support should be reasonable, not too deviating from the main girder, and should consider the convenience of installation as the main consideration, as well as the position of the knee braces.
3. Don't unilaterally consider such factors as "pulled edge, pressed edge" on purlin's pull hole, punch holes with different upper and lower margins, because it is easy to install reverse, but the result is not good.
4. The location of high-strength bolts should be reasonable. Consider the construction space of the torsion breaker and the torque wrench. Do not install them. Because the space is too small, the torsion breaker and the torque wrench can not be put in place, which results in the failure of the high-strength bolt plum head to break or the failure of the high-strength bolt to tighten.
5. If it is possible to use high-strength bolt connection plate, the upper and lower symmetrical bolt layout method should be adopted as far as possible.
6. If there are maintenance bricks and walls in light steel structures, they must be ready for docking with construction units and civil construction units in advance.
7. The connection between wind-resistant column and steel beam should adopt spring plate as far as possible, because the beam of middle span has large deflection after installation. If the beam of gable is connected with wind-resistant column with bolt, the roof will be uneven.
8. The layout of roof purlins and the detailed drawings of steel beams should be carefully checked.
9. There are no stiffening ribs in the joint plate, and some of them are not designed by the designer, which leads to the deformation of the joint plate in subsequent welding.
10. When the beam-column is used as tie-bar connecting plate, the hole is not properly extended. In some places, because the connecting plate on the tie-bar is too long, the space is too small and the tie-bar is too long to be put in.
11. When installing purlin with strip window, use countersunk head screw as far as possible.
12. The upper strip window of the door is too close to the upper frame of the door. There is no canopy position.
13. The tension bars between the upper and lower adjacent purlin distances of the window frame are not arranged properly, and the end of the tension bars conflicts with the window frame.
14. Dew-proof paint should be applied under the gutter, or polyurethane insulation layer should be sprayed, or other insulation treatment can be done.
