Secondly, in the passivation process of steel structure processing, it is important to grasp the passivation time and passivation agent related to passivation thermometer. It is necessary to choose relatively mature, high-performance and environmental friendly passivator of stainless steel. Although the concentration of passivation agent will reduce the passivation time, it can get better passivation performance for a long time.
After passivation, it is not finished completely. Stabilization treatment is needed. After treatment agent is used, it is easy to improve the passivation stability of steel structure.
In order to prolong the service life of steel structure engineering, passivation treatment should be carried out during the process, so that its corrosion rate can be reduced.
