1. During the construction, the management of the construction site shall be strengthened to avoid water and ice on the working surface of the construction area. Anti slip measures shall be taken for the transportation road and the top surface of the steel beam in the steel structure installation site to ensure smooth transportation.
2. The anti-skid measures shall be taken during the transportation and stacking of steel members in winter. The steel member stacking site shall be flat, solid and free of puddles and ice on the ground. When the components are stacked, the components shall be kept horizontal and the sizing block shall be placed on the same vertical line to prevent the components from slipping.
3. Before the installation of steel structure, in addition to the inspection according to the requirements of normal temperature, the quality of components shall be rechecked in detail according to the requirements of negative temperature. In case of any component deformation caused by missing inspection, transportation and stacking in the process of manufacturing, and the deviation is greater than the specified one, which affects the installation quality, it shall be repaired and corrected on the ground, and can only be lifted and installed after meeting the design and specification requirements.
4. When the steel cable used for binding and lifting steel components directly contacts with components under negative temperature, anti-skid spacer shall be added. All gusset plates, ladders for installation personnel and clamps for calibration that are hoisted at the same time with components shall be bound firmly with ropes. When directly using the lifting ring and lifting lug to lift the components, check whether the connecting weld of the lifting ring and lifting lug is damaged.
5. When installing the steel structure under the negative temperature, the column, main beam, support and other large components shall be corrected immediately after installation. Permanent fixation shall be carried out immediately after correction. The members installed on that day shall form a space stable system to ensure the installation quality and safety of the steel structure.
6. During the installation of high-strength bolt joint, the friction surface of the component must be clean and free from snow, ice, rain, soil, oil and other dirt.
7. During the installation of multi-layer steel structure, the load stacked on the floor must be limited, and the weight of construction live load, snow and ice shall not exceed the bearing capacity of steel beam and floor.
8. During winter construction, special personnel must be assigned to clean the ice, snow and residues on the scaffold and steel structure components. During winter construction, the person in charge of construction and construction technical personnel must understand the specific situation of the construction site. It is strictly prohibited to organize construction personnel to construct in the morning under the premise of no frost and snow on the scaffold and steel structure components and in rainy and snowy days.
