Maintenance method of steel structure platform

(1) Load limit plate shall be set on the platform of steel structure workshop.

(2) A certain angle should be maintained between the platform and the wire rope, generally 45 degrees to 60 degrees.

(3) The concrete beam and slab of the shelving point of the steel structure platform shall be embedded and connected with the bolt of the platform.

(4) When the steel structure platform uses the clasp, it should avoid using the hook to hook the platform ring directly.

(5) In order to ensure the safety of the building and platform, the tensile strength of the beam and column at the tension joint of the upper part of the steel structure platform should be checked.

(6) The left and right sides of the steel structure platform must be equipped with fixed railings and dense mesh safety net.

(7) During the installation of steel structure workshop platform, special hooks shall be used to hang firmly. When other methods are adopted, no less than three buckles shall be used. The steel wire rope around the sharp corner of the building shall be lined with soft cushion, and the outer opening of the steel structure platform shall be slightly higher than the inner side.
