Jiaodong International Airport of Qingdao, the first stainless steel continuous welded roof in China, is completed to withstand gale of Class 16
As the largest integral stainless steel metal roof project in the world, Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport has a construction area of 220,000 square meters, equivalent to 37 standard football fields.
In just six months, with the installation of the last roof panel completed, the first airport in China to use stainless steel continuous welding roof achieved complete water closure. This month, Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport entered the preparatory stage for school flights.
