1. The gap between the lift car and the hoistway wall on the guide rail installation side shall not be less than 200mm;
2. The clearance between the lift car and the hoistway wall on the non guide rail installation side or the clearance between the counterweight and the hoistway wall shall not be less than 100mm;
3. The gap between car sill and landing door sill shall not be greater than 35mm;
4. The gap between the car sill and the sill of the front wall of the hoistway shall not be greater than 150mm. The purpose is to prevent people from falling into the hoistway or clamping people into the gap between the car door and the hoistway when the elevator steel structure hoistway is in normal operation.
The horizontal dimension of elevator steel structure hoistway specified in this standard is the * small clearance dimension measured by plumb. The allowable deviation is:
0 ~ + 25mm for hoistway with height ≤ 30m;
0 ~ + 35mm for hoistway with 30m < height < 60m;
0 ~ + 50m for hoistway with 60m < height < 90m;
The above deviation is only applicable to elevator steel structure hoistway with rigid metal guide rail for counterweight device. If the elevator steel structure hoistway is equipped with safety gear, the width and depth of the hoistway can be increased appropriately as required.
