Cleaning requirements of clean room engineering:
(1) Clean the wall of clean room with clean cloth;
(2) The detergent was prepared with 90% deionized water and 10% isopropanol;
(3) Use approved special detergent for clean room;
(4) Every day, the dustbin in workshop and servicing room should be checked and removed in time.
(5) Vacuum every floor. At each shift handover, the completion of the work should be indicated on the map, such as where to end and where to start.
(6) Special mop should be used to clean the floor of clean room.
(7) Special vacuum cleaner with high efficiency filter shall be used for dust collection in clean room.
(8) All doors need to be checked and dried
(9) Wipe the floor after smoking. Wipe the wall once a week.
(10) Dust and wipe under the raised floor.
(11) Clean the columns and supporting columns under the raised floor once every three months.
(12) When you work, you must always remember to wipe from top to bottom, from the farthest place to the door
