The self tapping screw connection is to fix the color steel plate on the roof purlin or wall beam directly through the self tapping screw, and apply waterproof glue to seal the screw. This method can be used for the connection of color steel plate on the roof or wall. When the color steel plate needs to be lengthened in the longitudinal direction, its lap length meets the design requirements, generally ≥ 250mm, and is connected with self tapping screw and sealed with waterproof glue.

In the installation of color steel plate, attention should be paid to the construction of several key parts: at the cornice of gable, the cornice corner plate is used to connect the color steel plate on the roof and wall; According to the slope of the roof, the roof slope can be greater than or equal to 10 ° And less than 10 ° Two different approaches; For the location of doors and windows, the window side column is set up according to the two sides of the window, and the column is connected with the wall beam. The wall beam is set at the window top and sill. When installing the color steel plate wall, the connection plates of different specifications are used to wrap the angle at the window top, sill and window side; At the corner of the wall, the corner plate is used to connect the interface color steel plate at the corner of the outer wall;
3. For the installation of gutter, the inner gutter is mostly made of stainless steel, which is fixed on the side beam (purlin) of cornice with stainless steel support. The spacing of support frame is about 500mm and connected with bolts. In addition, 2-3mm steel plate is used to press the water tank in the inner gutter, and asphalt oil is applied on the inner side of the water tank to prevent corrosion. The outer gutter is mostly made of color board, which is fixed on the steel roof panel of cornice with support.
