Spiral ground piles are widely used in construction engineering and agriculture, with the characteristics of convenient installation, strong durability, and low cost. Before installing the spiral ground pile, it is necessary to carefully prepare, arrange the time reasonably, and follow the following steps.

Step 1: Select the appropriate spiral ground pile

When selecting spiral piles, the following factors need to be considered: soil type, groundwater level, load, etc. Different spiral ground piles are suitable for different soil types, such as sandy soil, clay, or rock. At the same time, different specifications of spiral ground piles are required for different loads.

Step 2: Determine the installation location

Determine the location of the spiral ground pile based on the required installation project. When selecting a location, attention should be paid to the ground conditions, such as foundations, underground pipelines, etc.

Step 3: Preparation

Before installation, some preparation work needs to be carried out on the construction site, such as cleaning up on-site garbage, confirming safety measures, and accurately measuring the depth.

Step 4: Digging holes

Firstly, it is necessary to dig holes to place spiral ground piles. The diameter of the excavation hole is usually twice the diameter of the pile. Mark the hole position with steel bars or wire rope stakes. Then start digging the hole, and pay attention to safety when digging, such as wearing a helmet or goggles.

Step 5: Piling

Choose a suitable installation tool to insert the spiral ground pile into the excavated hole, and use a hammer or force application device to push and rotate the spiral ground pile downwards until the top of the pile is flush with the ground.

Step 6: Determine the height of the pile top

Use convenient compression testers and other tools to confirm the height of the pile top, and ensure that the top height of the spiral ground pile is equal to the ground to ensure stability and reliability.

Step 7: Fill the hole

Fill the hole with soil, preferably the soil removed during excavation, then compact it, and then lay the ground according to the project requirements.
