1. During crimping, the raised part of the steel structure is placed in the die concave groove, and the jaw is vertical to the pipe axis.
2. After crimping, use special gauge to check the crimping size.
3. The sealing ring shall be correctly installed in the U-groove of the pipe fitting, and the pipe shall be inserted into the pipe fitting socket, waiting for crimping.
4. Cut the pipe strictly according to the required length. When breaking the pipe, do not use too much force to prevent the steel structure from being out of round. After the pipe is cut off, the burr shall be removed to avoid cutting the sealing ring.
5. In order for the steel structure to fully insert into the fitting socket, the insertion length must be marked and drawn at the pipe end.
At the same time, it should be noted that before the connection of the steel structure, we should also clean the surface, and then carry out the overall connection and daily use.
