The modern industrial workshop is generally in the form of steel structure, and the ventilation and lighting of the steel structure workshop is one of the essential factors to be considered in the construction of the factory. At present, the relatively mainstream method is to install the roof ventilator to achieve natural ventilation and lighting. The characteristics of the roof ventilator without power consumption and easy maintenance are welcomed by the majority of enterprise users. So what kind of ventilators should be designed and installed to achieve better ventilation and lighting effect in steel structure workshop?
Roof ventilator can be divided into vertical and horizontal layout forms, and its composition is mainly composed of ventilator frame, ventilator roof, ventilator end wall, ventilator side plate and ventilator fan, etc
(1) ventilator frame. The ventilator frame directly bears all loads on the roof of skylight. There are two kinds of ventilators: reinforced concrete skylights and steel skylights. The span of ventilator frame is 1 / 2 ~ 1 / 3 of the span of power house, and the height is 0.3 ~ 0.5 times of the span of ventilator frame.
(2) Ventilator fan. The steel skylight fan is widely used in the ventilator of the workshop, and also has wood, plastic and other materials. There are two ways to open the skylight: the upper suspension type and the middle suspension type. In order to facilitate opening, the upper suspension window should be used. The upper suspension steel ventilator fan is composed of several units such as opening fan and fixed fan. It can be arranged as full length sash and sectional sash.
(3) ventilator side plate. In order to prevent rain from splashing into the workshop and snow from blocking the ventilator fan, a skylight side plate is arranged under the ventilator fan. The side plates of ventilators are mainly made of reinforced concrete trough plate or asbestos cement corrugated tile.
(4) ventilator roof and cornice. The structure of ventilator roof is the same as that of workshop roof. Due to the small width and height of the ventilator, the roof panel with cornice is mostly used for the ventilator cornice, and the overhanging length is 300 ~ 500mm
(5) ventilator end wall. The gable at both ends of the ventilator is called the skylight end wall. The ventilator end wall is usually prefabricated reinforced concrete end wall and asbestos tile end wall. Precast reinforced concrete: the earth end wall can be spliced with 2-3 plates according to its span.
