1. The gutter is usually placed on the eaves to form an outer gutter. The distance between the overhanging members of the eaves is taken as the column distance, that is, the overhanging members are part of the main steel frame, and the overhanging members are connected by C-shaped steel purlins to form a typical eaves structure;


2. The prepared paint should not be placed too long, and the paint should be prepared on the same day. The use of concentrated agent shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the instructions, and shall not be increased at will;


3. The ambient brightness and humidity when painting the top of the steel structure plant should be consistent with the requirements of the coating product manual. When there are no special requirements in the product manual, the ambient temperature should be between 6~39 ℃ and the humidity should not be greater than 86%. The components shall not have condensation during coating;


4. It shall be protected from rain within 4 hours after coating. The parts that cannot be painted in the installation drawing shall not be painted. The weld and high-strength bolt conflict surface shall not be painted temporarily. After the completion of on-site construction, the weld and high-strength bolt joint shall not be painted with anti-corrosion paint;


5. The steel structure workshop is installed on the top, and the eave column bears the vertical load and wind load of the light wall transmitted by the C-shaped steel wall beam, and the eave beam mainly bears the load of considering the gutter ponding or snow load. The sections of eaves components, such as eaves columns and eaves beams, usually adopt rolled I-beam or high-frequency H-beam, and the section size is determined by bearing capacity calculation.
