Construction and installation method of ALC external wall panel
ALC external wall construction adopts the installation method of plate transverse installation, hook bolt fixation and angle steel bearing of supporting plate. The construction of ALC exterior wall panel is mainly divided into steel frame construction and ALC panel construction.
Construction of ALC exterior wall panel
1) Check the perpendicularity and flatness of steel frame construction, the size and position of door and window openings.
2) Three holes shall be drilled in the middle and both ends of the ALC external wall panel. The middle hole is used to pass through the bolt or wire rope for hoisting operation, and the holes at both ends are used to pass through the hook bolt.
3) During the installation of ALC exterior wall panel, the convex surface shall be upward and the concave surface shall be downward, and the installation shall be from the bottom to the top in turn. At the same time, attention shall be paid to the direction of the side of the panel (the side of ALC exterior wall panel shall be marked towards the inside or outside of the structure).
4) After the correction of ALC exterior wall plate, the hook bolt shall be welded, and the overlapping length of hook and angle steel shall meet the welding requirements, and both sides shall be fully welded.
5) ALC external wall panels are equipped with foam sticks and sealants.
6) The internal and external pointing treatment shall be carried out for the installed ALC board, and the pointing shall be full and dense to meet the flatness requirements.
7) Finish the plate according to the design requirements.
