This steel structure workshop built at Botswana with high brick wall which consider of the special function and local temperature for whole building. same with roof, the balance of the wall is color steel sheet because the steel sheet is cheaper than brick concrete. 

What's the purpose of designing brick wall in a steel structure building? beautiful, practical, durable, moistureproof and mice. if there is window on the brick part in a steel workshop, it will be with good load-bearing.

Wall: brick wall with steel sheet

The wall cladding of the steel workshop can be steel sheet, however, considering the application and good insualtion, brick wall is better than steel sheet. 

 

How to build steel structure walls?

 

It is necessary to make structural columns for the horizontal middle wall according to the design requirements, weld the wall reinforcement on the steel structural columns, and make a ring beam for the upper part according to the requirements.

 

Generally, a brick wall is built outside a steel structure factory building, and the tie bars are welded to the steel columns. The quantity and spacing are the same as the tie bars of the brick concrete structure. when building walls, the walls of houses built using conventional masonry construction methods can play a role in buffering the temperature, thereby ensuring a moderate indoor temperature and humidity.

 

Most bricks are baked from clay. This traditional building material has a high density and therefore has good load-bearing capacity and sound insulation effects. In order to obtain a satisfactory thermal insulation effect, it is necessary to use it in combination with other stones or thermal insulation materials, in order to ensure that the wall has normal compressive resistance while meeting the requirements of current national laws for thermal protection.

 

Natural pumice are formed by burning at temperatures above 1000 ℃ during volcanic eruptions, and then ejected from the center of the earth. Currently, such pumice is mined at a low cost and its particles are combined with cement to produce lightweight concrete.
