Prefab Large Long span steel roof structure warehouse construction building, which is composed of steel structure frame, roof panel, wall panel, windows and doors.

The large span warehouse building was invested by South Korea weighs up to 1100 tons, which finished within 4 months with high precision.

Total area is 18,000 square meter, and 10,000 square meter are 2-story

 

1. The use of prefabricated steel structures can greatly reduce the workload of on-site wet operations. The use of steel tube concrete columns not only saves concrete usage, reduces concrete usage by 5%, but also saves steel compared to pure steel columns, and eliminates column templates and scaffolding.

 

2. The use of PK prestressed composite plates saves 4% of steel reinforcement and 32.2% of concrete usage compared to cast-in-place structures, while eliminating formwork and support.

 

3. The prefabricated steel structure is used, with a concrete consumption equivalent to 65 times that of traditional cast-in-place concrete frame structures, and a total steel consumption of 1.5 times that of traditional cast-in-place concrete frame structures.

Doors can be sandwich panel sliding window or electrical rolling door, which should be depend on clients' need;

V. Accessories

The large span warehouse accessories includes anchor bolt, high-strength bolt, common bolt, gule, rivet, etc.;
