This prefab steel frame house is a sample in our factory for Spanish client. the wall is not EPS sandwich panel. it is a good material--cement foam board. more strong than other sandwich panel.
it took two weeks finished this house with our workers for this two bedrooom house.
Prefab steel house details:
1.Post: Square tube or H steel,different house span and different weather condition with different section.
2.Purline: C section steel with galvanized
3. Top and Ground channel: Galvanized 2mm bending
4. Hardware: All steel structure components are jointed with bolts.
House Body-maintenance system:
Wall panel and roof panel: Color steel sandwich panel. Standard thickness: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm,120mm or 150mm. Double color steel sheet thickness 0.5mm or 0.6mm, the common color including white grey, blue and red. if you like other color, please tell us in advance.
The yellow wall prefab steel house built at Nigeria, the white wall prefab steel house built at Angola. all of these house is 75mm EPS sandwich panel. the house have three bedroom, two washroom, one kitchen, one living. this is a reasonable solution for a family.

Loading shipping containers:
the worker loaded the roof and wall panel into 40HQ.they put the sandwich panel into container one by one for protecting the board, when our client open the container on site, they are satisfied of our products.
