The steel structure apartment building adopts advanced energy-saving technology, ensuring the overall sound insulation and thermal insulation effect of the house, reducing the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the house, and avoiding the occurrence of hot winter and cold summer. At the same time, it can also fully utilize solar energy, reduce energy consumption, and improve energy-saving effects.
Our client provide a simple floor plan firstly, after confirming more details informaiton, our engineer design the preliminary drawings. because of the high temperature all year round in Egypt, we propose to use concrete or cement foam board for this apartment. our client accept our suggestion to use concrete.

The concrete maybe is expensive in some country, so there is another floor system for multi storey steel structure apartment building. one of our client who come from Mauritius usually like the fiber glass board with steel beam for floor system. it means you will needn't prepared the concrete on construction site for steel building.
