Fast assembly steel structure prefab house, which is also called fast assembly house. The rapid assembly of prefabricated steel structures is an important feature, and the following are the steps:

 

 

1. Measure and prepare the installation site, including cleaning and leveling the ground.

2. Build a good steel structure skeleton and create basic structures such as beams and columns according to the equipment layout.

3. Install the wall and roof framework. Hang the prefabricated wall and roof framework on the steel framework, fix the angle steel and bolts.

4. Install doors, windows, pipelines, and equipment. According to the design layout, cut holes through the wall, install electrical wires, water pipes, and other devices through the wall, and install supporting equipment such as doors and windows.

5. Conduct renovation and joint debugging of interfaces such as water, electricity, natural gas, and heating to ensure pipeline safety and legality.

6. Conduct decoration. Place the ground, walls, and ceiling, paint, apply wallpaper, etc.

7. Conduct inspections and maintenance. Check the integrity of safety components to ensure their safe use.
