EPS Steel structural frame wall sandwich panel

EPS steel frame wall panel is a type of wall panel that uses EPS (polystyrene) as a filler and steel structure as a frame. It is a lightweight, high-strength, soundproof, environmentally friendly, and fire-resistant building material used in industrial factories, commercial buildings, civil residences, and other construction fields. EPS steel frame wall panels have the advantages of easy installation, fast construction speed, and reliable quality, making them widely used in modern buildings.

Our company export the wall and roof insulation material including EPS sandwich panel, Rock wool sandwich panel, Fiber glass wool sandwich panel and PU sandwich panel including: color coated painting pate, galvanized plate, hot galvanized plate
Panel thickness: 0.35-0.8mm for external/internal steel panel .
Common Width: 950mm,960mm,1150mm. Common use thickness including:50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm

Common use Color:Red and blue for roof, white grey for wall or as required.
Side steel strip: have or not as required. (Normally we use galvanized plate on thickness of 0.5mm-1.0mm
Length: unlimited 12m due to the transport based on shipping containers standard size.
Advantages: waterproof, fire-resistance, noise-absorbing, insulated and convenient for construction, the disadvantages for EPS panel is not fireproof.

it is widely used as roof and wall material for steel structure building.
