They are assembled and fixed by special structural sub and sub hooks to ensure good heat insulation and air tightness of the cold storage.
The cold storage door should not only be flexibly opened, but also be tightly closed and reliable in use. In addition, the wooden parts inside the cold storage door should be subjected to dry and anti-corrosion treatment; The cold storage door should be equipped with locks and handles, as well as a safety unlocking device; Electric heaters with a voltage below 24V should be concealed on the door frame of the low-temperature cold storage door to prevent condensation and condensation. After testing by relevant national departments, the foam density of the polyurethane cold storage insulation board is generally 35-43KG as the standard.". In order to reduce costs, some manufacturers have reduced the thickness of color steel, which directly affects the service life of cold storage. When selecting cold storage panels, it is important to determine the thickness of color steel for cold storage panels.
The quality of polyurethane cold storage boards is very important for cold storage, because cold storage is different from ordinary warehouses. The temperature inside the cold storage is generally relatively low, and the requirements for air temperature, humidity, and environment are relatively high.
