Production time:
Produce 50, 000 sq.m prefabricated house in each 35 days.
Container loading:
1) All components are finished in our factory, then loading in container.
2) Every 40ft sea container can load 220-320 Sq.m house.
Installation:
1) Clients need to do foundation after the construction drawing, based on our foundation drawing.
2) After container arrives on site, unload the goods, and assemble on site. We provide assemble drawing.
3) We provide supervisor for extra charge if need.
4) Installation efficiency: About six skilled labors can assemble 100sqm houses in 8 hours without accessories
